Fundraising for charitable donations, new playgrounds,
preschool grants, and more, are a key component to MIPA. Much of
the fundraising comes from the ongoing success of our
major events, but we also have these other
activities. Co-chairs: Jane Clayton and
Leigh Perks

SHOP FOR MIPA
MIPA is a community partner with Albertsons
Grocery Store. Because of this partnership, we receive a
percentage of all purchases made by MIPA members. To
enroll in this program, please designate MIPA as your desired
donor organization when using your Albertsons Preferred Customer
Card. To do this, either contact a store manager or log on
to Albertsons.com |
RECYCLE
FOR MIPAYou can continue to benefit MIPA
throughout the summer by combining a play date at Mercerdale
Park with recycling! Simply bring your recyclables with
you to Mercerdale Park and drop them at the Mercerdale recycling
center. Record MIPA on the sign-in sheet. It's that
easy! |
BUY
OR SELL A HOME FOR MIPAWhenever you -- or
someone you know -- sells or purchases a home with the
assistance of a Coldwell Banker Bain (CBB) agent, CBB will make
a contribution to MIPA. Thanks to its Community
Partnership Program and our sponsoring agent, Terry Peterson, we
will receive 10% of CBB's commission when a buyer or seller
designates MIPA as the referring organization. This
support comes not only through local transactions, but also from
people throughout the US who are buying and/or selling homes.
This is a great way for MIPA to make money with absolutely no
cost to us. So please remember to encourage family and
friends to use CBB for their real estate needs, and to ask for
the Community Partnership contribution to benefit MIPA.
Please note that this is a voluntary program. You will
need to confirm that your Coldwell Banker Bain agent is a
participant. For more information regarding this program,
please contact Terry Peterson 206-230-5526. |
